    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Friendly work environment. Everyone is really nice and helpful. There is definitely room for advancement, which is exactly what an employee expects in a company

    Cons

Employees are expected to work an insane number of hours. It's difficult for employees with families. Also, the company needs better benefits

    Advice to Management

Management should consider improving employee benefits, offer a more flexible work environment and it wouldn't hurt to increase employee's pay.

I worked at ITOCHU International full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

good staff benefit and office location

    Cons

too many middle management staff and expat in overseas offices, some are redundant post, costly for company and pressure for sales staff to make profit to cover these unnecessary cost. i did an exit interview but it seems they dont really care, just do for the sake of doing. HR maybe too confident they can find replacement easily.

    Advice to Management

trust local staff more and give more opportunity for career advancement to local staff.
