    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

good people, but most of whom are extremely unhappy in the way they are treated and disvalued

    Cons

do not trust employees to exercise judgement or make decisions, even senior management are micromanaged by CEO to a crazy level, communication is horrific and discouraged, minorities and women have little to no opportunity for advacement, very unhappy staff, toxic enviornment. CEO operates on ideaology that people are not of value, rather automate as much as possible, beat people to get as much out as he can until they leave.

    Advice to Management

hire people with good skills, then let them apply their skills!

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

    Easy to get hired.
    Student interaction.

    Cons

    Extremely low pay..unethical.
    Incompetent management.
    Technology is horrible for employees.
Reports are overrated, inaccurate, and time consuming.

    Advice to Management

Be sure to train new employees properly...training checklists, daily to do activities, etc.
Have a director who knows what he/she is doing...must know how to lead people as well as manage people.
Weekly operations call should focus on positive as well as areas for improvement...team that works hard gets little recognition without a "but...we still need". Very unprofessional.
Share Saturday workloads among all employees.
    Share opening/closing responsibilities.
Be sure e-campus new hire training courses are up to date. I took a course that was outdated, and was tested on old regulations.
