Pros

Good compensation and benefits in line with major banks/hedge funds but a very accessible management. Very professional team that treats you with a lot of respect and you have input pretty much independent on how senior you are. The offices are very nice and managers are mostly concern with career progression which is rare in the hedge fund industry.

Not too open to new ideas.
