Pros

Friendly place, nice people, I enjoy for the most part.

Cons

Too many cliques. Not enough career advancement opportunities.

Advice to Management

Find out what your people are really doing. Too many managers were promoted without having the necessary skills for their positions.

    Pros

    Idaho Power is a great, solid company, and a stable place to work.

    Cons

    Very tough to advance. Direct managers seem to be poor at communicating. Projects don't necessarily consider all the important stakeholders, or end-user's needs.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to the little people.
