If you don't have job, only then join. Else no point. You will suffer everyday.
Cons
TA is expected to hire fast. But salary is less, so people don't join. Managers keep shouting for us to recruit, but what can recruiters do if salary is below industry standard. Also, office is bad. Like government office. People come and get shocked and dont join. Also huge pressure on TA because people leave in 3 months of joining due to bad working conditions.
