    I worked at Idis Pharma

    Pros

Great for entry level into "pharma" or if you lacked any life drive to go to college you can make "decent" money for someone without a degree

    Cons

Except to work along side people with no college education . directors and managers are only high school graduates or went to devry or Everest type schools. Expect to do things that weren't on your job descriptions . managment is non existent in the US office. Managers do not support what little growth you can make within the company bc they don't want to deal with the vacancy you'll leave them with. British accents...

    Negative Outlook

    I worked at Idis Pharma

    Pros

Good salary if you started before acquisition OR if you don't have any degree and can't aspire to a similar job in a proper pharma company.

    Cons

The place is absolutely dysfunctional. Ineffective management. Extreme politics. Opportunities are not transparent and only some people keep progressing for no apparent reason. The number of people who have left without a job and burnout is appaling.

    Advice to Management

Fill the positions with actual managers, it is becoming laughable. There is more than money, reputation is important too. Staff retention should be your top priority.
