- Despite being a fully remote organisation, there is a sense of collaboration within the organisation, and you get to work with the best in class people from across the globe - Its an extremely fast paced, ever evolving working environment which continues to force you to step out of whats comfortable, and enables personal and professional growth by challenging yourself to keep learning and improving, and facilitates a productive work culture - The level of flexibility and freedom in being able to work remotely is absolutely amazing - Great leadership team with excellent work ethic, which they ensure that it trickles down to all the team members, and have everyone aligned with the organisational goals - Quality work is not only expected, but recognised and appreciated - Competitive pay
Cons
Not exactly any cons, but a few disclaimers of sorts for people who may be new to this kind of organisation and work culture: - Contract employment is not for everyone, as its a completely different style of work and you get paid for as long as you work. So what thats means is unfortunately you don't get benefits like insurances, or paid leaves / vacation days, or sick leaves or Federal Holidays. You may choose to take whichever day off as you desire, but they are all unpaid leaves. - Most roles offer ample flexibility for people to be able to choose and define their own working hours, but a few specific roles might limit that flexibility a bit to a more defined (but overall still flexible) work schedule options. As long as you are able to align yourself with respect to the demands of your role, you should be good to go.

• Great pay • Great team to work with • Work from home & flexible • Challenging environment — you will learn a lot
Cons
• From the US perspective, no benefits can be tough if you don't have a good option for affordable health insurance (the pay makes up for it if you do have a good option) • Constant change can make things exciting, but it can sometimes be difficult to keep up • Remote, asynchronous work is not for everyone. The long, difficult assessment process is not for everyone. Time-tracked contract work is not for everyone. These may be a pro for some and a con for others, so you need to be honest with yourself to see if this is something you want to get into.

Pros
-Pay on time -Guaranteed hours -Job is straight forward
Cons
- NO Benefits as all employees are "contract" - Customers are not the priority. Reducing $ churn NOT customer churn is the ONLY thing that matters. - Fast food joints have less turnover - IgniteTech and the other ESW business units are just investment vehicles for ESW Capital to syphon revenue out of acquired companies to make the owner (Joe Liemant) a lot of money. This is all that matters. - This is a factory and they pay in USD so they are not very competitive in the US labor market. Most employees are from oversees where the salaries here are very attractive. - Offering a thank you bonus for employees leaving reviews.
