Pros
- You will work with a diverse global team of teammates and clients.
- Most people in the company are very professional in their communication and their work ethic.
- There is a good work culture of respect, cordiality and support within the team.
- The product exposure is diverse and doesn’t get stale. The product portfolio frequently changes through new product acquisitions or internal reallocations.
Cons
- 100% remote work may not be for everyone. You might never physically meet your teammates or clients.
- Client base is global so some flexibility in working to accommodate different timezones may be required for customer facing roles especially.
- Although roles may not change, frequent change in the products where your role is applied may not suite everyone. You must be open to learning new things.
- The software monitoring requirement for time logging takes some getting used to.

- Fast food joints have less turnover
- IgniteTech and the other ESW business units are just investment vehicles for ESW Capital to syphon revenue out of acquired companies to make the owner (Joe Liemant) a lot of money. This is all that matters.
- This is a factory and they pay in USD so they are not very competitive in the US labor market. Most employees are from oversees where the salaries here are very attractive.
- Offering a thank you bonus for employees leaving reviews.
