      Pros

      Flexible hours, most employees were friendly and easy to work with. Product has great potential and a good client base.

      Cons

      Management is clueless as they never listen to any employees concerns. Many people have left the organization in the past five years and they have just given the president his walking papers.

      Pros

      The people were fun to work with, the work was challenging but rewarding and the product is very cool. Pay is very good for a small company. The CEO and CFO are very personable and cares for the employees.

      Cons

      Office location. It is not in a bad location, just not a lot of places to eat.
