Pros

Massively creative - completely committed. Good long lasting client relationships.

Cons

Flakey organisation, non-traditional agency structure. Only just getting to grips with account management and with strategy and IA.

    Pros

A really talented team who work hard to deliver great experiences. There is a warm community feel and care for team members. Fun in the office and a commitment to deliver and to push the best creative for the client. It helps that the office is managed by a competent and intelligent boss who has the team's needs balanced with client interests!

    Cons

Career progression is hard in a small team. There is a commitment to look to the team first when new openings are available but there is not a strong path. That can be frustrating. Also the client list is extremely limited which can be creatively annoying.

    Advice to Management

Check out other ways to deliver career advancement through training. And consider offering the chance for US team members to work in European or Asian locations. And look for new clients.
