Pros

A three day work week is probably one of the biggest draws for newbies at Immediadent. 12 hour days can turn into 14 hour days though, all depending.

Cons

No regulation or cap on how long they can make you stay at night.

I have been working at ImmediaDent full-time

    Pros

The companies departments are truly interested in making ImmediaDent a great company. Some really great people work for the company and are amazing employees. The employees truly come to the company hoping for change, the employees are great and want to be driven but its come down to a pretty poor work environment driven by the COO and her few minions.

    Cons

Honestly it all falls on the COO, she has no regard for employees (comments on the weight of individuals, comments on the education level and all things HR shouldn't allow anyone to say). I will give the CEO some fault in allowing herself to turn a blind eye and the board for not realizing how three years of profit downturn and constant nagging for production drive good employees out....(it is not about bad hiring like you wish to believe, the only bad hire is you). Her lack of education in how you treat people, is her greatest downfall. (ps, you are not better than anyone, having to pretend you are is exactly why you are not)

    Advice to Management

Learn from great leaders and treat your employees well and the rest will handle itself, either change your mindset or get rid of what is ruining your company.. the COO. Also your comp package is terrible (benefits for a family close to $800 a month, no 401k match, not work life balance)
