Immense Networks Keeps Improving

I am so happy I found Immense Networks a few years ago when I was completely unhappy with my previous job - overworked, underpaid, under-appreciated, and it was an all around negative place to work. I have watched Immense Networks change drastically from the company I started with and make strides in growing the support staff, the products we use, and the employee experience as a whole. There's still a long way to go and room for more improvement, but I see the management team trying and focusing on retaining their employees! -Paid Time Off -401k matching -Employer paid medical, dental, and vision insurance -Free Friday lunches -Quarterly company outings -Game nights -Lunch & Learns to grow technical and soft skills -Improved technology -Helpful team members -Extremely knowledgeable owners -Company paid training / conferences
Cons
Like with any company, I've watched Immense Networks have it's ups and downs. For a while, there was a high turn over rate with people coming and going, and there was a fast and loose culture. I'm watching this shift in front of my eyes. The largest gripe I have is not fully vetting products for internal use before pushing them out for the whole company to use, getting frustrated that the products do not perform as expected, then immediately scrapping them. This has caused quite a few headaches and wasted time training people in using the products, then getting rid of them.

Cons
- Poor leadership - Low pay - Lack of clear direction in work - Low autonomy of tasks/daily work - Unprofessional attitudes from leaders - High turnover (coworkers are just gone with no explanation) - Very little onboarding - Unrealistic expectations of employees - Unnecessary time tracking
