I have been working at Impossible Foods full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Clear communication with a mostly remote team. Customer Service managers do a great job of motivating the team & keeping us up-to-date while also giving us the ability to hold ourselves accountable.

    Cons

Things are always changing & can be last-minute at times - but it's always exciting.

I have been working at Impossible Foods full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

I have worked for Impossible Foods for about 7 years and I love it. The culture is fast paced and the opportunity to be involved in high impact projects and to grow within your role makes every day exciting. There is a lot of freedom to drive your own research and I understand how my work fits within the context of the company goals. The people are fantastic. My co-workers are incredibly talented, hard working, and kind....

    Cons

Priorities often shift rapidly and you have to be able to go with it. Because it is still a relatively young company, some of the administrative processes and procedures are still in development. If you want something more structured, a start up is probably not the right fit for you.
