    Nice comfortable environment with good people to work with. Most employees give you the chance to try out new things. Good training is provided

    Salaries are not very competitive. Often the workload is very high, but adequate compensation is not considered, given the market situation

    Keep engaged with the folks and ensure that office politics is not something that should be encouraged. I wish they assisted more with career building etc.
