I have been working at InMotion Entertainment full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Self-Learning high-end headphones. If you're into standing around looking at emails all day making minimum wage this is the perfect job for you!

    Cons

Spend 30 minutes on a shuttle bus to take to the airport, spend 35-40+ minutes going through airport security just to get to your station. The training for this company is nonexistent. Minimum wage pay to pay just to sell high end headphones and phone accessories. Very boring workplace, low customer traffic. One customer may walk into your station every 90 minutes to just look around. Company/Associates communicates through email, internet usage blocked, cell phone use denied. Stand around for 8-10 hours listening to "Backstreet Boys" music and staring at headphones. Robots have more personality than the management. The company has "Selling" and "Consulting" When/If you work here you work here be prepared to be bored, unsatisfied with pay, last but not least be prepared to be in your same position for 10+ years. If you need a job you'll be better off starting your own business. Company has no mission statement or core values, therefore it's just another job for someone starting at the bottom.

    Advice to Management

Inform prospective employees about the 2 hour window they must leave themselves just to get to their work station. Training for this type of work is inappropriate, just let people know they will just stand around by themselves watching people with real careers walk by to catch flights. Inform prospects about the pay before interviewing them so they don't waste their time.
