        Pros

I've worked at Inbound Design Studio for close to 5 years. It's been a great experience from the start. Despite being a remote company I've cultivated and maintained a great relationship with the other employees. It's a fast paced/challenging environment but if you have the discipline to keep up it can be very rewarding both in terms of flexibility and advancement. The company is well established so there is security but also small so you're not just a number. We meet often to discuss different ways to grow the business and everyone's voice carries the same weight.

        Cons

It's really important to be a self starter. It's not that there's no training or help along the way but if you don't have discipline it won't work out. Not necessarily a con but the one thing that will hold you back.

She mentioned she'd shoot me an email with all the interview details, but so far, my inbox is empty. Assuming I'll hear from her early next week, is it normal for them to expect me to show up for an in-person interview on short notice, like couple days?
