      growing company which means lots of positions opening up every week easy to get a job if you meet the needed qualifications

      Cons

      Bad communications with-in the departments Horrible internal customer service Overworked all the time and no real raises on an annual basis Horrible sales culture that push the retail employees to the limits of break-down

      Pros

      It is a growing bank, with possible advancement at certain positions. Not a terrible location. Opportunity to interact with upper management.

      Cons

      Overall not a great place to work. Very tough management, quick to get rid of you if you arent living up to high standards

      Pros

      The lack of a manager micro managing was nice, as well as the work life balance

      Cons

      Low pay, 6 months in and fired for not being social with coworkers. Lead Teller Coworker set me up to get fired because I was a man that didn’t partake in their social club. I was told I was being passive aggressive for not wanting to conversate with certain dramatic individuals.
