          Pros

Close bonds made with a few good people. Scheduling was decent.

          Cons

Passive, “leadership” seemed almost supportive of a toxic work environment due to being scared and intimidated by negative, bullish staff. They were afraid to confront such individuals, although numerous reports were made on specific employees of the department to upper management due to the nature of what was occurring. They were definitely more concerned with having bodies to generate revenue or just to be there over having quality staff within the department due to a high turnover rate at the time. It was clear that specific people were favored and that leadership took advantage of specific things and people to leverage it to their liking, to give them a, “so-called” one up while being discourt to others. They were dismissive of a toxic culture and held unaccountable for their actions or lack there of by upper management. For me, it was a very uncomfortable experience that lacked the supportive network from those whom are in a supportive role. Big degrees do not always equal the best for the job when some lack fervor for what they do.

        Worker IN Tech

Listened to the debate tonight. Imagine going to an interview and behaving that way. Criticizing the other candidates, trying to find fault in other candidates and interrupting the hiring manager. Would that work???
