I have been working at Indiana University part-time (More than a year)

Pros

There are awesome people to work with! Everyone is the best at what they do, so there isn't anyone who isn't qualified.

Cons

Budgets are done weird and kind of ridiculous. Some of the things people do can be a little questionable. People are sometimes asked to do things out of work hours/ on the weekends, which can be good or bad.
