Pros

Get to work in one of the most incredible locations the country has to offer

Cons

Spend a lot of time away from home, management aren't very helpful and put too much stress on the staff, bullying going on in the workforce and the weather when it's raining the job is quite difficult. The equipment can also have many issues and the applications used for the work isn't very helpful at times
