I worked at Indus Valley Partners full-time

Pros

Good Compensation compared to competitors.

Cons

Expect nothing from HR as they have no power in their hands.
Work life balance is good in some projects but life is close to hell in some other ones.

    Cons

    1) No Policies are followed. Policies are applied or removed as and when required keeping in mind management makes money or not.
    2) You are always at the risk of being laid out anytime without any reason.
    3) Managment believes in non appreciation and they say it with proud
    4) Few people on the top are doing anything to keep themselves out of danger of being laid out which makes life hell for the developers.
    5) No qualification required to become director here.Too many directors who does not have anything to do..if you want to become director here..please join..

I have been working at Indus Valley Partners full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    1. No unnecessary process, to the point focus on getting things done.
    2. If one knows how to get things done, one can go real far in real quick time at IVP.

    Cons

    1. Outrageous work pressure. I, on an average, worked 14 hours a day during my 1.5 years there.
    2. Some old employees, who are close to the management, wander about passing needless judgements and comments with impunity on developers and their product, thereby inflicting a lot of damage on team morale.
    3. These same old employees are very ill disciplined, and dare to play Need for Speed right in the office, perhaps because of their proximity to the manager.

    Advice to Management

Track and weed out ill disciplined sycophants.
