Unless ownership and management quickly come to understand the importance of customer service, Industrial Inkjet will remain stagnant or fail. Yelling at or belittling customers, taking three weeks to respond to service inquiries, failing to deliver products on time, and arbitrarily raising prices on your distributors is not a recipe for success.
