-No work life balance just burning out people -Low level managers (technical people) often doing micromanagement -Clueless senior management -make promises not much change on main issues -Old school hiring mindset and low or no male/female diversity on technical roles Personally and professionally made sacrifices to join this company because of its core technology and mission but well below expectation in many aspects. Processes are mess, not much quality control or even mindset. Uneducated technical managers about good manufacturing practices and quality systems, still startup mindset Also some people hired as mid level managers with unclear contributions or what they exactly do. Poor culture on training and professional development
