      Pros

      None really. Technology was good at one point, but fairly average now when measured against current Business Continuity softwares.

      Cons

      Very bad leadership. They continue to make the same mistakes and then point the finger. Dishonesty all around and absolutely no care for the welfare of their employees. CEO seems beholden to the COO who is a downright cheat with no integrity whatsoever. Some nefarious things have happened here and it truly affects the company growth and ultimately it's very survival.

      Pros

      The overall culture and people are great to work with. The culture is very anti pointing fingers when something goes wrong and would rather come together to fix it. Company is always looking to improve not only itself but their employees through enrichment programs. While we are busy all the time, Infinite Blue and management also makes sure to balance work-life with social-life and curb burnout early.

      Cons

      There is a ton of work and some may feel overwhelmed with the go go go day to day, while they try to ensure proper wind down and events to break it up it could be stressful for some.
