I have been working at Infinite Campus full-time (More than 8 years)

Pros

Its great being at a party and meeting teachers & parents who use your product every day and have good things to say about it. When you add features and fix bugs it really gives it more meaning to know that it is helping teach kids. The company and people are awesome, and you get free lunch every day.

Cons

I'm happy, but 5 word minimum on this field

    Pros

I've been in this business for about 15 years and this is the most enjoyable company I've worked for. Has a lot of the positive qualities of an old-fashioned Silicon Valley startup combined with "Minnesota Nice". Good place for high achievers and people who want to feel good about what their company is up to. Also may be one of the only employers around who still offers a free (and good) cafeteria for all employees. Company is still managed by its founder and majority owner, increasing accountability of management.

    Cons

Like many companies this size (under 500) Campus is not big enough to offer a platinum-style health plan. the high deductible health plan they offer is probably the best they can afford, but it isn't great.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing, which is harder than it sounds.
