Boiler room
micromanagement
lack of leadership
incompetent managers
disconnect between offices and departments
lack of vision and direction

Advice to Management

Some managers have to go. new culture needs to be developed. Turn the place into a professional high level sales enviroment instead of a telemarketing environment. Some co-workers are toxic and need to be replaced for the better of the whole organization

    Pros

Great business model, wonderful people. Type of company where one person can have an impact and where one person can see the results of their efforts.

    Cons

Long Hours, Poor Pay. Inconsistent Management Team, which means some managers are very weak and some are quite strong, but it is always the strong managers who end up shouldering the burden.
    Executive Team is quite inexperienced.

    Advice to Management

Senior Management needs to work on the experience and skills they bring to the table and be willing to listen to and accept feedback.
