Pros

Tried hard to find some - most of the Pros surfaced for a while and then vanished.

Cons

Managment talks big about modern technologies, methodologies and strategies to get new clients and attract good employees. Once an asignmnet starts, everything mostly goes into a chaos. The primary concern is too churn profits at the expense of employee work-life balance and product quality. Appraisal process is tailored to help managment deny deserved raise to an employee.

Advice to Management

Grow up to understand true value of good employees.

    Pros

    Good office.
    Good Christmas gifts.
If you are lucky enough to land a long term project with them not involved much, might work out.

    Cons

Management does not communicate to employees clearly what's next.
Heavy offshore work and not enough growth opportunities.
Drives employees into working multiple projects masking as growth opportunity
Glorified bodyshopping company.Hires people as QA experts and places on client side
Advertises mobile QA expertise. Most of the people working are interns/fresh graduates in mobile testing. Also quite a bit of laid-off people from Yahoo,Wells Fargo,so no coherent culture.
Also falsely advertises mobile automation capability.
Few long term employees left recently due to unfair treatment.

    Advice to Management

Become employee friendly.Employees are the biggest assets for a services companies and they walk out of the door everyday.Try to keep them coming back.
