Pros

I have no positive thoughts about this company.

Cons

disorganized, inept, and incompetent employees work here. communication is horrible. they harass you by phone. they bury you under a sea of red tape to hire you for minimum wage jobs. they make you log into 4 different systems to register your time. their pay schedule is horrible (bi monthly) because they are not from the US. feel sorry for all their clients.

Pay Schedule is bi-weekly which is standard amongst 98% of US companies, and run by ADP (the largest pay-rolling company). Not sure what the issue is. Pay rate is dictated by client and is based on nature of job. Pay rate is specified and agreed by you even prior to even resume submission. You agree in writing and not sure after a year what the issue it? On Infobahn front there is only 1 timesheet portal where hours need to be logged. We are a US based company with headquarters in US along with 2 branch offices, and global branch offices as per our contact info on website. Have multiple people in HR & benefits located globally to support and your criticism is unwarranted.

Pros

Got support whenever I needed anything regarding visa related docs and needed training to upgrade myself. We can directly reach out to Hiring manager or VP (if required ) easily. HR team was reachable at any time.

Cons

Nothing much so no cons

Pros

As a contract SAP ABAP Developer III, my overall experience has been positive. The onboarding process was smooth, and the team is very supportive. I got to work on real-time SAP projects which helped me build my technical skills. The company offers flexible work hours and remote work, which made it easier to maintain a good work-life balance. Communication with the management and client was clear, and expectations were well set. There were also no occasional delays with timesheet approvals and payments.

Cons

As of now I can think of only one which is as a contractor, the benefits are quite limited, and there isn’t much clarity on long-term opportunities or chances of becoming full-time.
