I have been working at Infoblox full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

intense, executes correctly, teaching me what it takes to get things done. Company knows what it takes ot deliver value that the Street appreciates. Unlike fluff-based Internet IPOs, Infoblox provides real value.

Cons

high pressure. but that's just life. Let's get used to it, shall we?

    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Infoblox full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Dedicated, Experienced Managers and VP's
Rewarded for personal Initiative and work
Can ask any person in company for assistance in resolving issues
Pride in Customer Focus and Engineering Quality of products and solutions
    Friendly with Can-do! attitude co-workers
Just went Public, so Stock Options are now actually worth $$
Many financial benefits for those who wish to take advantage of offerings
    Small company, everyone knows everyone
Infoblox is very well thought of within the Tech Industry, expect offers from recruiters all the time
Really enjoy working at Infoblox, and I only work at places I enjoy, life is too short to do otherwise

    Cons

Like all start-ups, Lots of work!
No such thing as a 9 to 5 job at Infoblox
Pay is a little lower than some other Network Device Vendors
Small company, everyone knows everyone. You can not hide.
If you do not cut it here within a relatively short time, you will be let go

    Advice to Management

Keep on doing what you are doing. Sure some mistakes have been made, but so what? The path you have chosen is risky but rewarding.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Most people are smart and multi-tasked. They are easy to work with and don't mind to work overtime, overnight or even over the weekend to achieve the goal.

    Cons

60+ working hours per week and management is expecting you to check emails 365/24/7. No 100% personal time during PTO. They need you to bring laptop or check email when you are OOO. Pay is 10-15% below market price. Wasting $$$ on luxious parties or giveaways instead of giving people a reasonable raise. As long as you can BS or kiss ass, then you will get promoted or raise in short period of time without any achievement. Life is not fair @ Infoblox.

    Advice to Management

    Please open your eyes.
