    Exposure to Cloud Services.

    Cons

    Hectic Work load.
    Strength of Global SDM community when I joined was around 32. During 2 years it dropped to 16. All clients will be shared across SDMs when one quits the organisation.
    Managers do not entertain process improvements.
    Most of the managers are re-batched and carries legacy intellect.
    Ineffective senior management layer who acts reactive to situations.
    Shared delivery model hence SDMs will not have direct reporters.
    Compensation is below market standard.
    Delivery is suffered by quality, since Cloud service is offered with attractive cost client prefer to continue service. Otherwise client sat is negative.
    Unethical practices are followed to achieve good client satisfaction.

    Advice to Management

    Even Ombuds failed to address unethical practices.
