Pros

Competitive offering with compelling differentiators, excellent service delivery, great marketing, lots of tools for sales enablement, established Business Management System, dedicated to innovation/vision in the market.

Cons

Rigid pricing makes creating velocity and compelling buying events difficult, no 401K matching and below average health insurance (but that's not unusual for a smaller company).

Pros

Small company, you'll know everybody's name. Some of the people are great and kind.

Cons

If another security company in Lincoln existed, it would put them out of business. Average employee probably works here for 6 months and will leave when they are finally sick of putting up with the CEO. Company culture is surrounded by profanity and beer. A very unprofessional place to work. The office is far from fancy and uncomfortable to work in. Employees like to email disgusting photos of the toilet after they are finished to brag about their mess. The pay is subpar and they know it, being the only cybersecurity company in Lincoln they can take advantage of the staff who have a passion for it. A previous review stated some employees will say they are "so busy" but they are in fact doing nothing all day. A very true statement that i agree with. Some of the staff are good friends in their personal lives. This means management has obvious "favorites" and will cut the hard workers to save their friend. Being in sales is difficult because the engineers dont know the products well or just flat are lazy and dont meet expectations. Also their ability to write professionally in an email or speak on the phone is absolutely terrible at times. Engineers also have a high turnover so by the time they figure the stuff out, they leave immediately for a better paying job.
