    Pros

Management all came from Oracle so have experience building an international sales organization. Huge product portfolio which has depth and breadth

    Cons

Coming in from an acquisition, it has been difficult to transition. Though they have had lots of acquisitions, they still haven't mastered the people side.

    Advice to Management

Learn to grandfather benefits, commissions instead of one size fits all.

I have been working at Infor full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Flexible time.
    Good working environment.
Option to apply for tele-commuting plan.
Deployment to other countries such as US and Europe is rampant and a good way to save up money from allowances.
Per Diem allowance on deployment is good. US = 45USD per day; Europe = 45Euros.
ROHQ rate for senior/manager level, meaning 15% tax shield.
    Quarterly Bonuses.

    Cons

Salary is market standard or low.
It has recently been getting toxic.
    More projects and few developers.

    Advice to Management

    Take care of your people.
Align salary with market standard at the very least.
Clearly define career path of employees.
