    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

    I worked at Informa full-time

    Pros

Brilliant benefits ie. healthcare, gym subsidy, travel ticket loans, share schemes, 25 days holiday per year, pensions, bike schemes, computer schemes....
The training is brilliant. Decent products, within Informa not Datamonitor.

    Cons

The merging of two totally different businesses ie. Informa and Datamonitor. Commission structures continuosly decrease. Poor basics for Juniors. Management are quick to implement performance management. If you are not in with Senior Management, you are out !!! Too corporate with the focus being on quick profits with no long term vision or strategy. The sales floor consists of a lot of youngsters with huge ego's playing football, cricket and firing toy guns on the sales floor. Totyally unproffessional.

    Advice to Management

Your staff are your biggest asset, you need to look after them. It would be good to see a change in focus, ie. Long term visions and strategies. (perhaps this is not possible as everybody is on edge and looking after no. 1)
