    Pros

Lots of learning opportunities are present. The company is focussed on scaling up freshers and they have some great projects with leading banks that look great on your resume.

    Cons

There is no fixed process or career trajectory. Company will rarely negotiate with clients for the benefit of employees. Rarely there are annual events that make you feel like you are part of a team.

    Advice to Management

Offer better pay and benefits to employees. Also you need to retain talent by putting them on interesting projects. Foster a good working culture so people are excited to work there.
