    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Infosys full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

There are some very good reason's to love infosys and stay in here:
    1. One of the best infrastructure in the IT world, with big Development Center's (DC's) across india, mostly in non-metropolitan cities.
    2. Every Game, events and activities you desire can be played here in infy.
    3. Awesome Food Courts with large no of vendors and lots of variety of foods for employees.
    4. World class per-employment training.
    5. Awesome exposure to the real world, the journey infosys can be like a "communication & personality development program.
    6. Transition from college to company is negligible.

    Cons

It depends on the type of person and his priorities which he/she expects from the employer that defines Pros & Cons. But according to me, there are some cons:
    1. Flat Organization in terms of skills also. No body will bother what is your expertise area. You may need to work any area company want you to work.
    2. Generally, employees will be put into other streams then they are trained into. And people feel frustrated about there skill sets in technology front. Infy leaders say they believe in creating world class leader who can perform on any platform provided (VERY FLEXIBLE :P ).
    3. Poor compensation with most of it is variable ( payable nearly at 75%-80%).
    4. Strange policies which can employees feel sick.
    5. Incompetent Manager's.
    6. Poor employee skills resource management.

    Advice to Management

Concentrate more on quality of the people than hiring lots of employees with actually no knowledge.
