    Pros

    Values system at work, there's a good amount of fairness in advisory
    when it comes to both doing the right thing for the customer and pricing the services.

    Opportunity to work in the worlds best global delivery system, integrating teams across
    latin america, china, india and usa. Inspiring leadership when it comes to account management
    and consultancy delivery. Narayana Murthy and Nandan are legends who you
    could actually reach out to for advice. Thats to approachability of management.

    Solid Banking and Capital Markets, Retail Practices, employing business leaders from
    consultancy and the industry.

    Cons

    Renumeration is way below market standards. The job satisfaction makes people go on.

    World class renumeration, what else ? You've great talent in your ranks, please pay them well.
