I have been working at Infosys full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

Excellent place to work for. Company values each resource aspirations. Senior management is very approachable. Your career path will be defined properly.

Cons

The struggle to establish yourself with the huge workforce is always a challenge for lateral. You competitor would be the existing employees who would have stayed with the company for decades.

Advice to Management

The salary structure needs to be revisited. If that would be taken care of no one in the service industry can not beat Infosys. I would never think of leaving this company in my lifetime.
