    Pros

Intelligent and Smart Senior mgmt (you gota connect with them though, they wont come to seek you !)
Great offices and campuses (esp the ones in india , they will blow your mind )
Marquee clients with whom you get to work in early stages of your career
Equal opportunities (no matter you are black, brown or white)

    Cons

Cant understand why managment is so soft towards some incompetent employees (sounds almost stupid but you know what !! almost all of them are females)
    Very less communication with employees

    Advice to Management

Dont make your employees feel like idiots by letting them know everything through grapewine and never from your mouth !!
Also everyone who made it through to infosys in India or to consulting in US has had a great academic and career background, dont think they wouldnt hae choices when the market recovers, respect them and show you care, else you might face mass exodus when things look up, bcos the market will lap those ppl up ! Please retain them to keep this great joint running !

    Pros

Intensive fresher training, rapid career growth, onsite opportunities, fair treatment, lack of politics, awards and recognition, opportunity for improvement if you lack in some areas, challaning opportunities.

    Cons

workaholic community, prefers quantity of employees not quality, lower pay compared to MNCs, one will lose interest in technology since project managment takes precedence as he grows in job ladder rapidly

    Advice to Management

great show to make Inofsys a recognisable name across the globe but now it is time to re-focus on technology expertise and employee's work-life balance
