Pros

Great company to work but later lacs NRN flavour

Cons

South Indian software giant. It only promotes South Indian psychophants of managers

Advice to Management

Open some big DCs in North. Improve and bring in ombuds where people can raise concern without fear of retaiation. My title says how all the mutually exhaustive people have skill to be CEO

    Excellent company, This is the best company I have ever worked with.

    Not much..
    A few could be network, and stringent access related restrictions. That could be needed to manage huge employees

    Facility and Infrastructure lot of things to spend time here apart from productive work

    Cons

    High power distance, Management , poor resource management, poor talent management

    Advice to Management

    Reduce the salary of those who are over rated and overpaid. Reduce onsite salary. Pay employees at lower level more.
