Currently managing a team of 2 people.
Assigning tasks and monitoring the team to complete the tasks within the time frame.
Developing web parts,Timer jobs
SharePoint branding using sharepoint designer

Cons

Need help in getting into a prospective organization so that I will able to add value to organization and as well as I excel in my job

    good senior management, good projects

    less hike, career growth, lack of promotions

    Advice to Management

    Give promotion to the eligible along with good hike. this is one of the best ways to reduce attrition. Just giving promotion with low hike or giving industry below standard hike will increase the attrition rate which is seen in the past few quarters
