Pros

The pay in time and usually offer better deals than other consultants companies, the benefits are a little expensive if you work as consultant but you can have the option to work as salary based instead or hourly

Cons

There is zero feedback from the Infovision when you work onsite with their clients, only once a year you can see everybody in the Christmas dinner. No bonuses or any kind of recognition.

Advice to Management

Keep more in touch with the employees and consultants

I worked at Infovision as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Pay was fair and benefits were good.

    Cons

The time of the contract did not turn out to be what I was originally told it was going to be.

    Advice to Management

Just to make sure what is told to a contractor is true to the fullest

    Pros

I can honestly not think of a single good thing to say.

    Cons

Benefits are horrible. Health Insurance is both bad AND expensive.
My contract expired with a client, and no one told the team. A group of us ended up missing a month of work because Infovision let our contracts expire, but did not tell us or follow up with the client. We all had to re -onboard with the client's system(background checks, drug tests, etc) So we all go a month off with no pay.
If your client does not need your particular service anymore other consulting companies just reassign you. Infovision just fires you. Your last day at the client location IS the last day at Infovision. They even messed up my start date. There is no company training, no mentor program, I honestly met only 1 person from Infovision in person. I worked for them for a year, but I still know nothing about the company.

    Advice to Management

Have some type of employee welcome or onboarding seminar when people are hired. Show them around the company and introduce them to the people.
