Pros

Good benefits and ability to work with you on time.

Small chance for advancement. Changes made are not cost efficient and do not always make sense.

Advice to Management

If changes need to be made have them be positive for all.

I worked at Ingersoll Rand full-time

    Pros

Local leadership really know their business and are committed to success. They also value their employees so long as you are an honest and dedicated employee. They will not tolerate behavior outside of their code of conduct. Keep the code and you will be fine.

    Cons

Not adverse to laying people off if the business is suffering

    Advice to Management

Upper management at headquarters needs to let local leadership drive their own business. Too much "guidance" from above
