Definitely a place where you can see the money and earn tons of vouchers that will add on to your remuneration. If opportunity arise, there are plenty of roles to rotate within the organisation.
Cons
- Curry favour is necessity and a survival skill. - Loudest guy win. Corporate Governance can be weak. - Biasness can be strong, depending on the manager and director. - Indecisiveness from Management. Changing direction and process a few times in a year. - Not objective. Instructing us to push for every Brands (even though the brands are direct competitors), go for numerous training 1-2 times a week, meeting customers KPI and want us to clear our emails daily (more than 300 emails a day). Where do we find the time? - Lost touch with the ground. Managers always ask for the absurd and refuse to listen to feedback.
