The organisation does a great job of creating a fun environment that also motivates people to be their best. Provides positive work environment without any discrimination between an experienced employee and a fresher. High professional attitude amongst most of the employees. The managers are more like leaders than a boss, who always encourages the team mates. The Managers are highly approachable and very considerate. Any employee can approach the management on any regards with absolutely no hesitation. Every effort is recognised and is paid off at the right time. No blame game is payed at any instance. The organisation has a structured and impressive benefits in the pay scale including Medical benefits. Irrespective of the covid pandemic, work from home is positively encouraged.
Cons
No cafeteria in the office. No transport provided by the office yet fuel reimbursement is there.

- Managers (Security Team) lead with authenticity, high EIQ - They hire for team fit - They are accepting, it is a safe environment - Unlimited PTO - Cross-training and upskilling encouraged and provided - Book and tuition reimbursement - The previous SOC manager explained things in plain English when my learning disability got in the way The managers on my team are highly intelligent and they've done an amazing job hand-selecting some of the finest talents, and have done so with the team in mind. So it isn't all about WHAT you know, it's just as important how you fit into the team dynamic, so in essence, it's WHO you are. Another thing I appreciate is the freedom that I have in my job to cross-train and upskill. They really place an emphasis on learning and growing. Plus, they do allow you to pivot and move to other teams if that is a better fit. The managers have your back, and so do the coworkers for the most part.
Cons
- Below industry-average pay for other remote locations (they do not compensate remote employees based on their city/state), below 3-4% increase, no raise or bonus 1 year and 6 months in. - The benefits plan is sub-par and not disability or chronic health condition-friendly/affordable. - Job role training was disorganized and too much all at once - their JQR (Job Qualification Requirement) should be the structure for the training and the trainer should stick to it to avoid confusion. -They encourage growth, but in my experience, some of the men will challenge it when you display a skill that has matured past their own or when you share an idea contrary to theirs. It can quickly become toxic. I've even seen this happen to female managers with no recourse.
