Pros
It's a family oriented company, very considerate management and leadership, they have extended flexibility to me to telework when I had family emergency even though I am not full time employee, management are very kind, classy people, I really appreciate their thoughtfulness in many ways and wish them the best in all they do, few companies show feelings when an employee has a crisis, I also recommend IMTAS to everyone is looking for respect in the workplace and appreciation.

Cons
I work on my projects without a team which is okay but it is nice to work within a team from time to time, share your cup of coffee or lunch break, brainstorm, but it is not something big, it is a nice to have thing in a work place.
PTO is ok, nothing exceptional, would be nice to have more vacation days.
