I have been working at Inogen full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Unlimited commission. No cold calling whatsoever. Very good product that sells itself. The reviews on here complaining are the sales people who can’t sell. Cons

Targets change every month. Common pay changes every month.

    Advice to Management

Truthfully I don’t ready need managements help, just support when an issue arrives. I have a very good manager so I never have to worry about that.

I have been working at Inogen full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Flex time, Casual dress code, service wonderful patients that seek assistance in having a better quality of life, coworkers are awesome to work around or with. The desire from upper management to constantly improving with employee satisfaction. New benefits being offered that caters to employees needs.

    Cons

The growth of the company is quickly growing and changing therefore, the need to communicate is a must! We no longer celebrate employees birthdays, or have meetings that are engaging employees or handing out awards that are accumulated over the year. The work place has become a place to exist with there being. Benefits have gone up which absorbs the well over due raise and puts the employee in a worse financial place...
