I have been working at Insperity full-time (More than a year)

Pros

This company gets it. They put people first, and it shows in their year after year growth in revenue and personnel. They are one of the few companies that actually implements the same strategies and tools they sell. And the outcome has been amazing. Just a great company that "gets it".

Cons

Seriously.... I can't think of anything I would change. Possibly a little more base pay starting out. But that's only because I walked away from a $140,000/ year position to come here.

Advice to Management

Keep up the great work, and thank you for putting your people first.

    Pros

    The company puts it's employees and their families first, and truly does exist to serve the small and medium size business community. They practice what we preach in terms of making companies stronger, more successful and proving that by implementing a true human capital strategy, that it creates more engaged employees and less turnover.

    Cons

    No company is perfect, and Insperity is no exception, but they realize where they need to improve and evolve and they do it- sometimes quickly, sometimes slowly.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to ask for feedback from your employees, ackowledge and act upon it.

    It was a great customer services job

    Cons

    Lack of work & different prices to the same customers that are doing business for years. Charging those customer more, enough for the customer to leave the company
