I have been working at Insphere Insurance full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Insphere provides exemplary training and support for it's contracted agents.
This company provides free on-line training to prepare its newly contracted agents for the accident, sickness and life agent state licensing exam. All agents are paired with a well-experienced senior agent to support them in their training and on-going sales efforts. The company offers outstanding company intranet site providing a plethora of information on training, organizational policy, contracted insurance carriers and more...very impressive.

Cons

New agents must bare the costs of the licensing exam, finger-printing and any other fees necessary for obtaining their agent license.

Advice to Management

Please review the negative information that has been recorded against Insphere and address stated accusations during the interview process and well as early-on in their training sessions to avoid misperception by new associates and/or business prospects.

    Pros

Access to multiple lines of insurance. Great training, and mentor ship. Potential to make a lot of money.

    Cons

For those who are getting into the insurance business, it's can be hard because it's 100% commission. In other words, you really have to network big time, generate leads, and sell!!!

I have been working at Insphere Insurance full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They have a nice office, occasionally have free food during meetings, have a portfolio of products, experts in field of insurance companies come in to talk to agents

    Cons

unethical agents; they make their money on bundling packages to ignorant people, racists sales leaders; my sales leader used the N word on numerous occasions,do not expect the sales leader or agency manager to answer your calls, have to pay for licensing, background checks, pre licensing. You are looking at 400$ just to get started.
They will hire anyone with a heartbeat. It is so bad that 50 percent of people they hire do not get through licensing, No gas reimbursement, awful training

    Advice to Management

Hire qualified people and then pay for their training!
