    Pros

The best reason to work here is the managers. Super chill and they don't helicopter.

    Cons

Switching from phones to email to chats within an hour. Once you get in the zone it's annoying to stop and switch.

    Pros

I absolutely love working at Instructure. My manager is qualified, capable, and puts their team first. My teammates are fun, friendly, and smart. In terms of a tech marketing job, this place is by far the best I have seen in my career. The benefits are very generous if you take advantage and there is truly work/life balance, not just lip service. I never get emails on the weekends and co-workers are respectful of each other's outside lives. The product is superior in the market and the educator community is so strong that it is exciting to be a part of. I hope to be here a long time.

    Cons

When you look at Glassdoor, the negative reviews are primarily from support functions, which seems to have had a rough time during the massive rush of covid. The company acknowledges this openly in the direct emails to empllyees from the CEO and CRO.
