The company culture is very open and friendly. I felt welcomed from the first day, and had little to no trouble getting accustomed to Instructure's overall atmosphere.
Sometimes the work was a little tedious, but that just comes with being an intern. I have really no bad things to say.

1. Work: there is a lot of team support in getting work done. A great deal of encouragement and actual help. 2. Benefits: These are by far the best benefits I've had that include the usual like health/dental/vision. Also other things like earning points for gift cards for doing (and tracking) healthy things. 3. Remote: I don't have to live in Utah to work here.
The primary con is the steep learning curve to work with the software products used here. It can be - and often is - discouraging to feel like you sometimes take one step forward and two back.Continue reading
